Some high quality plans cover a great deal, and some cover next to nothing. This has little to do with what you need or want for your health and everything to do with what type of policy your employer has purchased. For that reason I try not to allow your insurance coverage to determine your treatment plan. Once you have decided what you want, we can work with you to set up a financial plan that will fit into your life and to optimize your insurance reimbursement.

We do ask that you pay us when services are rendered and have reimbursement from your insurance company come directly to you. If you provide us with the insurance information, our computer will generate a completely filled out form that you can sign and send in for reimbursement.
