The more complex the problem, the more important the experience of the dentist and the time spent with you to make sure the end result meets your expectations for esthetics, comfort, and long term stability.
Complex dental reconstruction
Nancy had multiple problems with her front teeth. The lower teeth that had shifted because of an improper bite. An old tooth broken off below the gum line supported a bridge. There was decay under an old bridge. And she did not want to alter her front two teeth. This called for creative problem solving and an extended period wearing her provisional crowns to be sure that our solution would work. The result is natural appearance with the stable health that occurs when we combine artistic porcelain work with a solid understanding of what makes a bite stable and comfortable.
My front bridge is broken off, and I dont like the slant of my lower front teeth.
First the lower teeth were restored with porcelain crowns to correct the slant.
An implant was placed to replace the broken root
New conventional bridge (right side) and implant supported bridge (left side) restored her smile and stabilized her bite.
